Free. Open source. Yours to run.

The work.
The evidence.
One record.

OpenADMS

Debris management software built around what happens in the field.

Two monitors. Two independent records. One ticket number. From the curb to the back office, keep the facts connected and the corrections accountable.

From the field to the final record

The ticket number
connects the story.

The collection monitor records where the debris came from. The disposal monitor records what arrived. Only the server puts the two together.

  1. 01 / Capture

    Record what you see.

Monitors capture their side of the work offline, with the photos, location, and details their assignment calls for.

  2. 02 / Reconcile

    Let the system match it.

Sync when there’s signal. Match by ticket number, check the records, apply the firm’s pricing rules, and flag disagreements.

  3. 03 / Review

    Make the record right.

Review the evidence. Correct by permission, keep the prior values, approve the work, and export the records for the client package.

01 / In the field

The signal can wait.
The work can’t.

A monitor signs in on an enrolled phone and takes the day’s assignment. Capture collections, disposals, haul-outs, unit rate work, certifications, and forms. Sync when a connection is available.

  • Assignment-based work and offline capture
  • Photos, locations, scanning, and receipts
  • Submitted records preserved for office review

The browser field app is built. Native iPhone and Android builds are planned.

02 / In the back office

Less reconstruction.
More review.

Set up clients, projects, contracts, pay items, rules, and sites. Dispatch monitors, review field records, and follow every change without rebuilding the day in a spreadsheet.

  • Dispatch board and time clock
  • Review queue, corrections, and QC
  • Ledger, invoice locks, reports, and exports

03 / For the people accountable

A clear view.
The right access.

Give clients, contractors, and auditors a read-only view of the work they’re allowed to see. The portal follows the same current record as the back office.

  • Project access issued by your firm
  • Contractors see their own work
  • Tickets, flags, history, and supporting records

The record matters

Built to keep the facts.

Flag it. Keep moving.

Eligibility problems become plain messages for review. The system captures the work instead of refusing the field record.

Correct it. Keep the history.

Authorized corrections keep the previous values and who made the change. Records are archived, closed, or voided. The audit trail stays.

Your setup. Your installation.

The firm sets its contracts, rules, names, and lists. Run your own installation and export your records in usable formats.

A working foundation, in the open

Take a closer look.
Make it your own.

OpenADMS is pre-1.0. The web platform, reconciliation engine, and viewer portal are built. Native mobile apps are next. Your firm supplies the hosting, setup, and ongoing operation.

Part of the bigger picture.

OpenADMS keeps the debris record connected. Open Recover’s mission also reaches the unnecessary handling, disconnected systems, and unanswered resident questions around it.
